Out-of-school time (OST) programs do more than fill the hours before and after the school bell—they change lives. Research consistently shows that students who participate in high-quality OST programs demonstrate improved academic performance, better school attendance, and stronger social-emotional skills.
At the Community Learning Centers (CLC), we are proud to provide safe, supportive, and enriching environments where students can explore their interests, build lasting relationships, and grow into thriving young adults. The graph below shows the percentage of CLC kids who improved in the areas of school attendance, behavioral events, and academic performance from the 2022/2023 school year to the 2023/2024 school year.
