Student members of the Ben Reifel Middle School Unity Club and their buddies faced off against the Washington High School Unity Club in an exciting matchup filled with energy and encouragement. Throughout the game, students, families, and staff members filled the stands, cheering loudly and demonstrating the school’s core value of unity. This event serves as a powerful symbol of support for students with disabilities, while also creating meaningful friendships and unforgettable memories. With overwhelming support from the school community, the first Unity Game at Ben Reifel Middle School proved to be more than just a competition—it was a celebration of inclusion, teamwork, and the power of unity.

Students attended SDSU for the annual state NHD contest. We are thrilled to announce that ALL 7 of our students placed 1st or 2nd, qualifying them for the national contest. In addition, one project received one of the special awards given by SDSU for a state emphasis project. Students also received a private tour of SDSU to see what college is all about.

Bison and Warrior Archery Club had a great time and great performance at the NASP State Archery Tournament this past weekend. We are proud of our Bison and Warriors and the values they demonstrate as representatives of our schools!
Our Bison Archers also got to meet and see an Olympic Silver medalist, Aída Román, the Head Archery Coach at Mount Marty University. It was an exciting moment for our archers!
We are incredibly proud of the Ben Reifel Performance Dance Team. They showcased a outstanding performance at George McGovern last week. Thank you for all you did to prepare and for representing Ben Reifel so well!
